At StyleScentry, every order is curated with care — from our designer mini perfumes to our luxe packaging and accessories. Due to the nature of our products, please read our return policy carefully.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and personal use concerns, all perfume and accessory sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including:

  • Change of mind
  • Scent preference
  • Incorrect variant ordered
  • Minor packaging variations (e.g. pouch color or accessory pairing)

 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of delivery

Email: stylescentry@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (product, packaging, shipping label)

       2.We will respond within 48 hours

Upon approval, you will receive:

  • A replacement item (if available)
  • Or a store credit/refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mini perfume bundles
  • Custom curated sets
  • Brooch pins, clutches, and accessories
  • Items marked “final sale” or “limited drop”

 Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages marked “Delivered.”
Please contact the carrier directly. If needed, we’ll assist as best we can.
